Client: Beaumont Energy Inc.

Location: Kerrobert, Saskatchewan

Brown field 160 m3/d (1,000bbl/day) Booster Station project to handle emulsion from gathering system boosted to the main oil treating battery and gas plant.  The facility upgrade included Inlet Separator, Emulsion Pump, three Booster Compressor trains, Motor Control Centre and Control System with SCADA.  BSG Engineering was responsible to scope the project through to commisioning which included regulatory registration and compliance, engineering, procrument and construction. Client needed an battery upgrade of their Kerrobert facility. This facility was built entirely modular except for the field tie-ins to reduce field labour installation time and costs.
